Diet is arguably the single most important factor in resolving chronic pain: stick with your plan in order to rigorously test dietary variables.
What is a healthy diet? Well, there’s one commonality between all humans, and then a bunch of differences depending on your genetics, environment, disease states, etc. The commonality is that humans thrive on less processed food. Highly processed food in large amounts overwhelmes various parts of our intestines and other organ systems.
